To identify the correct size nail strip, line your nail against the strip sheet. Then, compare which size best matches the width of your cuticle and nail bed.

Don’t worry if your natural nail and the closest-sized strip aren’t an exact match - you can stretch the semi-cured gel to configure to your nail. If in doubt, pick a strip slightly smaller than your natural nail and stretch to make it larger.

If you’re in between sizes, size down! It’s always better to use a strip that is slightly too small, than too big. If there is any overlap on the skin along the sides or cuticle line, there may be lifting.

Don’t expose your nails to household cleansers or harsh chemicals! Nails are more permeable than skin. Even prolonged exposure to water can dry out your nails and hands. Always wear gloves when cleaning, and apply hand lotion after you wash or wet your hands.

We recommend waiting a few days in between sets to give your nails some time to breathe. Applying a new set right away without taking a break may affect adhesion.

SHIPPING

Our product preparation time is about 3-5 days, depending on your confirmation time. The logistics time is about 5-10 days. So the time from the time you order to the time you receive the item is about 7-15 days.
Customized sets may take longer.

Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.If the original address is a valid address, the parcel will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:1) To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.2) If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Care Team so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.

To ensure that we can process your refund quickly, please ensure you follow the instructions closely and provide all of the required information. Once we receive the return package and determine that it's eligible for a refund, you can refer to the following estimated timeframe on when to expect to receive your refund:
